Because Your Morning Matters

How did you start your day today?

Waking up alert without an alarm or dragging yourself out of bed? 

Enjoy a satiating, protein-rich breakfast or grab a bagel or donut from the break room?

Feeling like your home is clean and organized or feeling like you’re living in chaos? 

Reading a devotional before you get going or rushing out the door?


A morning routine can help you feel better and even look better from the inside out.  

And it sets the tone for the rest of your entire day. The choices you make first thing after waking up really do matter.

A few things I like to do to ensure my day starts off on the right foot:

  • Go to bed close to the same time every night to keep circadian rhythm consistent - good sleep makes a MASSIVE difference.
  • Meditate, read an affirmation/or write out gratitudes - it only takes 5 minutes and I highly recommend the App "Calm" to help you take your daily dose of meditation where ever you see fit.
  • Be extra intentional at breakfast  - I personally love making a nutrient rich low carb breakfast or a collagen-packed smoothie that keeps me solid through out the day.
  • Take a few essential, choice supplements/oil pulling while showering or during the car ride


What’s missing from YOUR morning? 

None of these small baby step habit changes are very time-consuming or expensive to achieve. It really just takes focus and intentionality.
